Water Sort Puzzle: Bloom Pour
Effective date: September 18, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how information is handled when you play Water Sort Puzzle: Bloom Pour, including its localized store names. It covers the game and support provided by its developer. For privacy questions or requests, contact cubleoperd@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

The game stores progress, completed levels, garden arrangements, rewards, settings, language preference and the age selected on the age screen. These records support gameplay and age-related settings. The game uses encrypted local storage. Removing app data may erase progress; removing a local save does not automatically delete information already processed by service providers.

Analytics, diagnostics and advertising

Firebase Analytics is used for gameplay and operational measurement, including level starts and completions, moves used, session duration, progress bands, tool use, garden activity and advertising events. Its SDK may process app-instance identifiers and device or application information. These identifiers are not the same as fully anonymous data.

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, exception traces, installation identifiers and technical context such as app version, game mode and level. Crash reporting initializes independently of the age-controlled gameplay analytics described below.

Google AdMob supplies rewarded video, interstitial and banner advertising. Ad mediation may involve Unity Ads and Yandex Ads. These services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from network data, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Collection depends on platform permissions, age settings, consent choices and service configuration. See the provider links below.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive information.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate and save the game, measure gameplay where enabled, diagnose faults, deliver and measure advertising, prevent misuse and answer support requests. Relevant information is processed by the providers described above and may be disclosed when legally required. Advertising identifiers and related data may be shared with advertising partners under their applicable policies; this policy does not describe those data as anonymous or claim that no data is shared.

Children and age-related settings

The game is designed for a mixed audience, including children, and asks players to select their age. In the current implementation, gameplay analytics is disabled until an age of at least 13 is confirmed. For a selected age below 13, the game requests child-directed advertising settings and passes restricted or non-behavioral advertising settings to its mediation integrations. Technical diagnostics initialize independently, and necessary advertising or device data may still be processed; children are not described as having zero data collection. Regional consent requirements and platform rules may differ from this implementation threshold. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's information or request deletion, subject to our ability to identify the relevant records.

Your choices and privacy rights

Where required, the advertising consent interface presents available choices; a privacy-options entry is available in the game when the ad consent service requires it. You can also use your device's advertising and tracking controls. Restricting advertising may affect ad availability and optional rewarded benefits. These ad choices should not be assumed to disable independently initialized diagnostics or every analytics service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact cubleoperd@gmail.com. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority. We may need information to identify your installation or support conversation; we do not promise to identify every device record from an email address alone.

Retention and international processing

Local game records remain until removed or replaced through normal app and device use. Support communications are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Service-provider data follows the relevant service settings, retention periods and policies. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards and provider terms govern such processing. We do not promise a single retention period for all services.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted local game storage, but no system is completely secure. If this policy changes, we will update its effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes in data processing will be reflected in the policy and applicable store disclosures.
